Return Eligibility
Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns received after 7 days will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged due to our fault.
Proof of Purchase: To request a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, order number, or receipt.
How to Request a Return
Contact Customer Service: Email service@longgest.com with the subject line "Return Request - [your order number]." Please include your order number, the name and quantity of the items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the items (especially if they are damaged or defective).
Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your return request within 24-48 business hours. If your return is approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and returning the item.
Returning Items: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) or suitable alternative packaging. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the packaging. Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the package.
Refund and Exchange Process
Return Product Inspection: Upon receiving your return package, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition and whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund: If the returned product meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your returned product for another product of equal or different value, please specify this in your return request email. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. If the value of the new product is higher than the returned product, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new product is lower than the returned product, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange product; otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
